S4C themed evening for classic Welsh novel

UN NOS OLA LEUAD/ONE MOONLIT NIGHT by CARADOG PRICHARD

S4C dedicates Saturday 18th December to classic Welsh novel "Un Nos Ola Leuad"/"One Moonlit Night" by Caradog Prichard. It was voted "Greatest Welsh Novel" by Welsh Arts Review. The evening kicks off at 9.05pm with a new 60 mins documentary "Dylanwad Un Nos Ola Leuad" - a celebration of works directly related or inspired by the incredible Welsh novel. It's followed at 10.10pm by a screening of Endaf Emlyn's 1991 feature film adaptation of the book. The documentary will be available to view again on catch up and with English subtitles on BBCiPlayer.


WGGB Award Nomination, Best Long Running TV Series

The final third block of episodes in the 13-pt run is produced by Gert Thomas. Based on Julia Donaldson's successful series of books, it's about a young girl and her mischievous mirror double.
