It's a new term and a new time slot for Series 4 of ACKLEY BRIDGE which starts on Channel 4 on Monday 19th April at 6pm. Going out daily in half hour eps, Kim Revill is Story Consultant on the series and scripted three episodes including Eps 4 & 5 this week which go out on Thursday and Friday. For those who can't wait, the whole series is available to view on demand on All4 after TX of the first episode.

Congrats to authors David Stafford and Michael Russell for making the Crime Writers Assocation longlist in the Historical Dagger category. David with his first novel, SKELTON'S GUIDE TO DOMESTIC POISONS, which is published by Allison & Busby in paperback on 22nd April and Michael with THE CITY UNDER SIEGE (Constable), the sixth book in his Stefan Gillespie series. Fingers crossed for both authors and the shortlist next month!

David is also the publisher's "Author of the Month". Both books will be available in all good bookstores and on-line retailers.
